Development of Strategic Customers Based on Strong Company Culture and Values
As a privately owned company Endress+Hauser has a strong culture based on the trustful interaction of customers, associates and owners. This culture is reflected in all aspects of the daily work – from very conservative financing with 70% equity, to the preference of organic growth over acquisitions. We are looking for long-term achievements and do not focus on the next quarterly results – we focus on the results for the next generation. The development of customers, and specifically of strategic accounts, was a prime source of growth for Endress+Hauser while overall growth of the operation has already been above market growth throughout the past ten years.
Endress+Hauser is focused on process automation and instrumentation, employing 10,000 people. The company achieved revenues of 1.8B USD in 2011 with customers in the chemical industry, food and beverage, oil and gas and other process industries.
